In order help you with defect products, with or without warranty or if you have any question about our products, you can fill in the RMA Request form below.
To speed up the request, please complete the form as much as possible.
After approval, within 24 hours or next business day, you will receive a ticket with a RMA number to your mentioned email address.
This ticket must be placed on the outside of the RMA package.
The goods must be shipped to NCS International within 5 business days. After 5 business days the RMA number will be deleted.
The shipping costs for the RMA will not be paid by NCS International if there is no special agreement.
